Shipping and Delivery

Vedaa Essentials is brand of Cosmovedaa Welllness LLP and we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. We ship throughout India and use reputed logistics service provides to ship our products from our warehouse. The list of pin-code serviceability might change from time to time depending on our logistics partners.

Your order will be processed within 1 business day (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). Order will be delivered within 3-5 business days once processed.

At times owing to unforeseen circumstances and delays, deliveries can take slightly longer. Vedaa Essentials will try its level best to make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible but Vedaa Essentials is not liable for any delay in delivery by our logistics partner. 

Our logistic partner will make sure to contact you before delivering the product at the shipping address provided by you at the time of placing your order with us. Please make sure you are available to receive the calls as usually after 3 (three) failed attempts of trying to deliver the products at the shipping address mentioned, the product shall be returned to our warehouse. 

ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However Vedaa Essentials takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person

Shipping Charges

We ship products throughout India and all orders of value above Rs 500 qualify for free domestic shipping.

Returns and Refunds

Vedaa Essentials believes in helping its customers and we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. Cancellations will be considered only if the shipment has not been dispatched for the order placed with us through our website. Order cannot be cancelled once the shipment is dispatched.

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 2 – 5 business days after receiving your cancellation request.

Also, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.

In case of damage or quality issue with the product, we can only exchange the product if reported within the specified timeline as mentioned below:

  1. Report within 24 hours of receipt if you receive a Tampered or Damaged product. Please inform our Customer Care with supporting Images and Video.
  2. In case you have any product quality related complaint, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of your order delivery.
  3. Vedaa Essentials is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.
  4. Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms –
  5. Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Vedaa Essentials.
  6. No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
